Release & Renew An Active Intuitive Vision Board Experience Myrtle Beach SC

Release & Renew: A Weekday Somatic Experience

Location: Myrtle Beach Area (Exact venue details coming soon)

About the Experience

Are you carrying mental clutter, creative fatigue, or quiet tension that traditional talk-processing just can't seem to shift?

True release doesn't start in the conscious mind—it starts in the body. Let go of the old and create a fresh vision for your future in this fun, hands-on board-making session.

Step out of your head and into your body with Release & Renew, a deeply restorative, all-inclusive workshop designed to help you release physical tension, quiet mental overthinking, and create an active intuitive vision board on canvas. Utilizing accessible, tactile creative frameworks (rooted in the proprietary Bio-Reflective Mapping™ methodology), this session guides you past your analytical mind and straight into authentic expression.

What to Expect

• Somatic Grounding & Preparation: We begin in a supportive, judgment-free space with a grounding guided meditation, gentle seated stretching, and self-administered acupressure points to clear energy blocks and drop everyday stress.
• Active Intuitive Mapping: From that relaxed state, you will translate your internal rhythm and intentions directly onto canvas. This unique, non-verbal creative process allows your hands to map out what your mind is ready to release and renew. No prior painting experience, drawing skills, or perfectionism is needed—this is about feeling, not performing.
• Bypass the Conscious Ego: Move beyond over-analyzing and tap straight into deep-seated information, memories, and somatic experiences at a cellular level.
• Unlock Your Intuition: Open your third eye to visualize and feel the story playing out on the canvas, helping your conscious and subconscious minds work together harmoniously.
• Clear Creative & Personal Blocks: Uncover hidden blocks standing in the way of your career, personal development, spiritual awakening, and authentic self-expression.
• Experience True Transformation: Shift from feeling stuck in the present moment to connecting with your future self, allowing organic healing and personal growth to unfold naturally.
• A Tangible Anchor: You will walk away with your own personalized, framable abstract art piece for your home—serving as a physical anchor for clarity, balance, and centered focus.
• Preview of Future Collections: During the event, we will also discuss and showcase examples of my glass painting techniques and handmade wire-wrapped seashell anchor pendants. These pieces serve as a visual bridge into future specialized workshops and upcoming releases from The Savoie Institute.
