I don't know about you, but for me, it feels like the "swirl of the world" seems to be moving ever faster. We're so busy showing up for others that we scarcely have a moment notice how WE feel, let alone what we NEED.

We are no strangers to nurture & care... We just need time space and trusted company to embrace recovery and REST for ourselves!

We KNOW how to gather and honor each other as Women - ESPECIALLY needed during this season of preparation & gathering!

🍁 Join us as we come together and reconnect for this warm & welcoming autumn 2026 Wonder of Women Gathering as we slow down to notice & nurture our needs; mind, body & spirit.

We're bringing awareness to the clutter affecting our mental, physical & spiritual wellbeing from the foods we consume, the places we frequent & the company we keep apart of our "no-nonsense" self care practice.

As a wise woman once said, "Relax, relate, RELEASE"! 🍂

W.O.W. Gatherings are currently reoccurring on a seasonal basis at the Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington, CT. 🌿

We incorporate topics/interests of our attendees & guests to curate unique and memorable experiences.

In this circle we will:

• Reflect on our individual & collective experiences
• Identify & release various forms of tangible & intangible "clutter"
• Determine next steps to ensure quality; time, resources & relationships,
• Connect our thoughts & emotions with our intentions & words with ease
• Explore self-awareness & capture insights in writing & photos
• Release expectations, stress & overwhelm AND laugh!
• Be seen & fully supported.
