Decluttering Your Brain: Making room for YOU, not the next diet trend

The holidays are coming, and so is the noise: diet culture, guilt, and the "New Year, New You" messaging that starts creeping in before the year's even over.

Join Erin Saylor, MSW, LCSW, LICSW and Courtney Seely, MSW, LCSW of Phoenix Rise Consulting — who also run their own private mental health practices, Saylor Counseling and Seely Psychotherapy — and Natalie Smith, MS, RDN, CSO of Nutrition by Natalie, for an evening built for women ready to trade the constant chase for something that actually holds: trust in yourself, especially as your body and mind keep changing.

What we'll cover:

How diet trends fuel the dopamine chase, the cycle of cravings, quick fixes, and guilt.
The mental load you're carrying, and the toll it's quietly taking on your body.
Rapid-fire myth-busting: the diet trends worth knowing about, and the ones to leave behind.
Why the diet always gets the credit for your wins, and how to start owning it yourself.
