Reiki Sacred Gathering: Come As You Are

Come as you are. Take a breath. Look around.

We begin with grounding and Reiki, creating quiet space to settle into the present moment. Drum, rattle, sound, or a personal object such as a crystal may become part of the grounding and interpretation of what arises.

Light Language may enter through sound, movement, gesture, imagery, or intuitive expression. Rather than needing to explain everything immediately, we allow space to experience and explore what resonates.

We'll then open into conversation and reflection—sharing what was noticed, what may be emerging, and what holds meaning for each person.

You don't need to know Reiki or have a spiritual practice. Come curious and open to your own experience.
