Mom's Morning Walk

Come spend the morning with other local moms for our Bam Bar Moms’ Morning Walk. This is a relaxed weekly meet up made for connection, conversation, and getting out of the house.

☕ 9:00–9:30 AM | Meet at Bam Bar

Grab your coffee or protein shake, say hi, get the stroller ready and meet some new mom friends.

🚶‍♀️ 9:30 AM | We walk!

We’ll head out together for an easy walk through the Greenbrook neighborhood directly behind Bam Bar, then loop back to Bam Bar.

Bring the stroller, baby carrier, or just yourself. Babies and little ones are welcome, but you absolutely do not need to have a little one with you to join us.

This isn’t a workout class.

There’s no pace to keep up with.

No awkward introductions or pressure.

Just moms walking, talking, getting some fresh air and creating a little community after school drop-off. 🤎
