Bloom Room was created for that

A space where you can arrive exactly as you are: tired, excited, tender, awkward, curious, emotional, playful, quiet, open-minded

Each gathering is a little different. Some may feel more playful and creative, and others grounding, reflective, or movement-based.

But the heart of it stays the same:

• Move your body
• Feel what is there
• Connect with yourself and the women around you

This is for you if you

• Are tired of only meeting people through loud bars, work, networking or small talk
• want a soft space to be seen without needing to perform
• Are curious about somatics, breathwork, movement, creativity, and emotional connection
• want to leave feeling lighter, warmer, and a little more like yourself

What to expect

• Breathwork and gentle movement
• Somatic-inspired exercises
• Creative/ reflective activity
• Expression, play, and optional sharing
• Tea and community
• A circle of women who are also craving something more real

Bloom Room is built on presence, kindness, and respect.

• We ask that you arrive on time, keep your phone away, and come with an open mind

You will never be forced to do anything that does not feel right for you. At the same time, we invite you to come with a willingness to be present and meet the women around you with care

Location: Central Park, next to The Pool

Please arrive about 10 minutes early

How to find us

• Enter the park at W 100th St and Central Park West
• Pass the playground on your right, then walk toward The Pool
• We’ll meet on the south side of the water, next to the lake, near the sidewalk
• Look for a cozy circle setup with blankets and tea

What to bring

• A blanket, mat, or towel to sit on
• Water
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Tea cup if you would like to bring your own
• Optional journal

Contribution

We collect $5 for snacks, tea, and tools at the registration

This event is pay what you wish

Suggested contribution after the gathering: $10–30
Though no one will be turned away

Bloom Room is for women who want to be part of a kind, respectful, and emotionally safe space.

You do not need to be outgoing or to know anyone.

Just come with an open heart, a little curiosity, and a willingness to be present

Spots are limited so the circle can stay intimate.

Reserve your spot, bring a blanket, and come spend one evening moving, breathing, sipping tea, and remembering that connection can feel simple again.
