This will be our ultimate Murder Mystery Party! Join us for a night of fun, deception, mystery, laughs and socializing. No experience is necessary and this is the perfect party whether you come alone or with a group of friends; by the end of the night you will have interacted with everyone in the room! This is 100% fun.

How it Works:

• When you arrive our staff will welcome you, introduce you to others and let you choose the character in the story that you wish to play.
• Our staff will explain all the instructions and give you the info you need about the story, how you fit in and who you need to interact with. By the end of the night you will interact with dozens of other people who are playing their characters.
• Along the way you will be asking questions, giving information, maybe even bribing or extorting others!
• At one point during the party the unthinkable happens and it will be up to you and the others to try and figure out who did it! It could even be you!!!!
• At the end of the night everyone will have a chance to make their guesses and then socialize more out of character with everyone!
• Following the mystery event you are invited to stay for our Summer Luau Party at the Wilson for FREE!!

The Story

Welcome to Margaritatown — the island’s hottest beach bar where the drinks flow, the music never stops, and everyone has something to hide.

Behind the tropical paradise lies a world of secret affairs, gambling, payoffs, and shady deals. At the center of it all is Margarita Monty, the sunburnt owner whose reckless lifestyle and dangerous connections have made him plenty of enemies.

When someone turns up dead, everyone becomes a suspect.

Join us for a hilarious and interactive tropical murder mystery filled with island drama, suspicious characters, shocking secrets, and plenty of twists.

Can I Come Alone? Yes, 98% of the attendees are solo but this is also fun for groups of friends.

About the event: This Murder Mystery is hosted by The New York Social Network. We are not a professional Murder Mystery company. We are a social organization that offers these activities as part of our events for people to enjoy a night out, try something different, make friends, celebrate an occasion with groups of friends, etc. It is done in a very fun and casual way at a local lounge. THIS IS NOT A DINNER EVENT. It is more of a cocktail party atmosphere. Some people get really into it and come dressed up for the theme an others just come to have fun, it’s up to you.
