IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARTY VENUES IN TIMES SQUARE

• You MUST enter the Times Square area at the NYPD entry point on 48th street and 6th avenue in order to access this event

• There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year's Eve

• The New York Police Department requires that guests present physical printed tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square.

• You will also receive an email with a Times Square Pass that you MUST PRINT and bring with you as well to show at the NYPD entry point.

• Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)

• Regardless of admittance time to your party, try to enter the Times Square area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM for the smoothest entry

• All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening

• Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM - 12:15 AM)

All table packages include: VIP Table with complimentary basic mixers and a cocktail server Expedited free entry for allotted # of guests for specified table package.

Credit card and valid ID must be provided upon arrival to the event and must match the names and number of the Credit Card and ID that were used to place the order.

Gratuity is NOT INCLUDED and will be collected at the event.

Tickets will be honored till 1:45am. Admission is not guaranteed after 1:45am

Photo Release: When you attend this event you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, social media or other promotional outlets.

Marketing:By singing up to this event you accept receiving future events invitations from us.
