Thursday night, a Midtown rooftop, 120 people worth meeting.

Most networking events in this city are 300 strangers, a name tag and a queue at the bar. Founders & Creatives NYC runs on a different set of rules. We cap the room at 120. We build the guest list on purpose. And we put a host in the middle of it whose only job is to introduce you to the two people you actually came for.

What it is

A four-hour rooftop social for the people building things in New York. Founders, operators, designers, engineers, marketers, finance, and the international crowd that keeps this city interesting. Cocktails from 6:30. A DJ who understands that the first hour is for talking. A skyline that makes every photo look expensive.

Why come

Because the version of networking where you pitch at strangers is exhausting and it rarely works. We run this one the way a good dinner party works. You arrive, someone takes you in, you meet three people by name and by what they are building, and by 8pm you have stopped checking your phone.

The venue

High Bar NYC. Rooftop, full skyline, a proper cocktail program. The sun is down before doors open, so the skyline is fully lit from the moment you arrive. There is inside space as well as the terrace, so the weather is handled.

Music

Open-format DJ from 8pm. Low and conversational through the first ninety minutes, then lifted. Closer to the last hour of a very good dinner than to a club.

Founding Release, £21 (about $28). Limited to 36. Entry plus a welcome cocktail.

General Admission, £27 (about $36). Entry plus a welcome cocktail.

Rooftop Table for 6, £152 (about $200). A reserved table for six with a bottle. Two tables only.

Refund policy

All tickets are final sale. We will transfer your ticket to another name free of charge up to 48 hours before doors, just email us. If NOVA cancels or reschedules, you get a full refund including fees, or a ticket to the next edition, whichever you prefer.
