Turtlewithhat Presents: Bikinis, Thongs, and the Perfect Pride Party

Pool party themed NYC pop-up with Turtlewithhat meet & greet, merch stamping, photo ops, treats, and giveaways.

You're invited to our pool party! But we don't have a pool.

Join us for exclusive merch customization, photo opportunities with Izzy and Emma, free treats, and a chance to celebrate Pride while kicking off summer with the Turtlewithhat community.

What to expect:

The vibe is awkward 2010s pool party, dress accordingly. XD

We'll also have a custom merch stamping station featuring an exclusive event design. Bring an item you'd like stamped: shirts, tote bags, hats, and more are all welcome!!!

We'll have a photographer, but feel free to bring along your own personal cameras.

Limited blank tote bags and hats will be available on-site while supplies last.

Ticket Information

To keep the event comfortable for everyone, we will use a timed-entry system with limited capacity.

⏰ Timed entry sessions between 1:00 PM–4:00 PM

Important Information

• Ticket required for entry.
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your selected session.
• Your ticket guarantees admission during your session's 30-minute arrival window.
• Guests must be physically in line before the end of their arrival window to guarantee entry.
• Any unclaimed spots may be released to waitlisted guests after each arrival window closes.
• Guests arriving after their designated arrival window may be admitted based on remaining capacity via waitlist, but entry is not guaranteed.
• All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver upon entry.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket so another pool guest may attend.

Waitlist Information

The waitlist line will remain open throughout the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

As ticket holders are checked in, any unclaimed spots may be released to waitlisted guests. Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission.

Additional Event Notes

• Professional meet-and-greet photos will be provided and emailed to attendees after the event.
• No outside food or beverages.
• No alcohol will be served.
• Food will be available. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please email TWHpoolparty@gmail.com prior to the event.
• Please be respectful of staff, neighbors, and fellow attendees.
