This year’s theme explores how the very things that have made us feel different—our struggles, experiences, and even the way our minds work—do not have to define or limit us.
Whether navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, or other mental health challenges, healing begins when we learn to understand ourselves, seek appropriate support, develop the skills we need to grow, and release the shame often attached to being “different.”
With a segment focusing on neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, WFMT 2026 will encourage all individuals and families that seek to attent to move beyond the mental health stigma to a place of healing and purpose.
It will be a time filled with Spirit-led praise and worship, psychoeducation, prayer and wonderful conversations as well as mental health support.
Engage in an unforgettable praise and worship experience, join in insightful discussions, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable insights to enhance your personal life journey. Don't miss out on this opportunity to delve into the road where faith meets therapy!
Our pain can become compassion.
Our experiences can create understanding.
Our differences can become avenues for connection, advocacy, service, and change.
Your difference does not have to disqualify you. Heal. Grow. Embrace who God made you to be—and use your difference to make a difference.
