About the instructor: Hi all! My name is Marisa and I've been teaching yoga internationally for 13 years. I created Xochiyapa (so-chee yoh-puh) to share this life-changing practice with the Niagara Falls community. I typically demonstrate the poses and flow with you through class, so you're not alone! I offer beginner options as well as more advanced options so you can meet yourself where you are at.
I believe yoga should be accessible for everyone. If it circumstances allow a suggested amount of $10-$15 is appreciated. Sliding scale $5 to $20.
Parking:There is a small lot on Portage Road. Street parking on Portage Road. Enter through the RED door. Take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor and cross to the other side of the building to find studio 310!
