Join us for an unforgettable evening that will fuse art, science, storytelling and discourse to educate and, we hope, inspire more wildlife conservation.

Through the beauty and power of live ballet, music, and compelling narration, learn the true story of Freedom, a wolf pup whose life was marked by loss, resilience and a struggle to survive.

More than a performance, this immersive event is a call to awareness, bringing together artists, scientists, conservationists, and community members to explore paths to meaningful change. Reserve your complimentary ticket today and share this Eventbrite page with your family, friends, and community members.

We are hosting (3) live events presented by BalletConnect and Science for Colorado Wildlife. Everyone is welcome. This event is free, but donations are gratefully accepted to benefit Science for Colorado Wildlife. Click the link to donate now to Science for Colorado Wildlife, a 501c3 Nonprofit.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Upon arrival, guests will be warmly welcomed by host Melinda Marquis, co-founder of Science for Colorado Wildlife, and invited to a welcome reception.

The evening begins with live music performed by “The Small Town American”, a local American folk singer, followed by a live dance performed by Caroline Laporte, International ballet artist, followed by the true story of Freedom, and an introduction of the mission and work of Science for Colorado Wildlife, narrated by Melinda Marquis, PhD.

Following the performance, guests are invited to join our keynote speakers in a panel discussion, Q&A and open conversation:

· Melinda Marquis, PhD, co-founder, Science for Colorado Wildlife

· Clint Talbott, Vice-President, Science for Colorado Wildlife

· Mark Surls, Colorado & Northern Rockies Coordinator, Project Coyote

The evening concludes with a warm social gathering and reflective time — an opportunity to connect, share impressions around hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.

Together, let’s honor nature, support wildlife conservation, and uplift our collective spirit through art and community.
