The Magic of SoulCollage®: An experiential
Introduction

Join Sara Barroso at The Local Art Gallery on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 1pm for a two-hour introductory SoulCollage® workshop. Enjoy a creative, reflective experience that encourages self-discovery, personal insight, and meaningful connection through the intuitive process of collage-making. No artistic experience is required- just a willingness to play, reflect, and see what emerges.

Participants will learn the foundations of the SoulCollage® method by creating one or more personalized collage cards using a wide selection of images and simple art materials. Through guided reflection, journaling, and optional supportive group sharing, participants are invited to explore their inner wisdom, creativity, and imagination in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment.

The workshop is designed to foster mindfulness, self-expression, and community while providing a restorative pause from the pace of everyday life. Participants leave with their own SoulCollage® card or cards, an introduction to the ongoing practice, and practical tools for continued personal reflection.

What to bring: Your curiosity, a pen, and a journal or notebook. All collage materials will be provided.

$40 – Supported Rate
For those experiencing financial hardship or who would benefit from a lower-cost option.

$50– Standard Rate
The true cost of the workshop. If this rate feels comfortable, please choose this option.

$55 – Supporter Rate
For those who are able to pay a little more. Your contribution helps make lower-cost spots available to others.

SoulCollage® Facilitator Bio

Sara is a SoulCollage® facilitator, creative explorer, and believer that a pile of images can sometimes reveal more wisdom than a whole lot of thinking. She creates welcoming spaces where curiosity, intuition, and imagination get to take the lead. No art skills required — just a willingness to play, discover, and listen to the stories waiting inside.

Through collage, reflection, and a little bit of magic, Sara invites others to connect with their inner voices, uncover new perspectives, and create meaningful pieces of their own personal journey.
