Meditation and Reiki Healing

A Morning of Stillness, Connection & Reiki Healing
Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
In our busy lives, we often forget to pause and simply be. This is your invitation to step away from life's daily demands and take a little time to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Together, we’ll spend a peaceful morning immersed in guided meditations, heartfelt conversations, and the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki healing.
We’ll open our circle for sharing, giving everyone the chance to express themselves, connect with like-minded souls, and feel supported in a welcoming, compassionate, nonjudgmental space.

Whether you're new to meditation and Reiki or have been on your spiritual journey for years, you are welcome just as you are. No expectations or pressure—just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected to yourself.

🌿 What to Bring
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed during our gathering. A yoga mat is entirely optional.

A Gentle Reminder About Your RSVP
Space is limited to 20 people.
We kindly ask that you honor your RSVP, as we plan our space based on the number of attendees. If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so someone else can join us.
Your consideration helps us create a meaningful and welcoming experience for everyone.

We look forward to sharing this beautiful morning of stillness, healing, and connection with you.

With love and gratitude,
