What to expect: Join us every 2nd and 4th Wednesday for Just Walk, a program of DeKalb County and Walk with a Doc. The walk is led by Carolyn Hartfield, a Certified Health Coach who offers conversation on current health topics. This walking group aims to make hope and health accessible to everyone in our community. Come enjoy a healthy walk, great conversations, and meet new friends. We will walk the boardwalk between Mason Mill Park and N. Druid Hills Rd for a total of 2 miles. On 4th Wednesdays, this walk is also hybrid program with walkers joining in person at Mason Mill Park and via Zoom from around the country. If you'd like to join the group virtually while you walk at your own home or local park, email ch@carolynhartfield.com for the Zoom link. The full walk lasts just over 1 hour.
