ABOUT KSENIA
Ksenia first discovered prenatal yoga at Ayama in 2017 while pregnant with her first baby. She loved the physical and mental connection the practice created—with herself and with her baby—and knew she wanted to share that experience with other mothers.
In 2019, Ksenia completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Mariano Ardissone, adding a formal foundation to her passion for teaching. Her classes invite mothers to soften, explore, become present and connect.
