The New Rules for Employers

The rules employers operate under have shifted on two fronts.

AI has moved from curiosity to something your team is already using, which raises real questions about what it can actually do, where it saves time, and how to use it without creating new risk. Meanwhile, the retirement plan landscape looks very different than it did a few years ago: federal tax credits, automatic enrollment requirements, and a growing list of state mandates have turned “should we offer a plan?” into a decision with a deadline.

Join us for a morning of three one-hour sessions on what changed and what to do about it:

The Most Overlooked Tax Break in Small Business — How SECURE 2.0 tax credits can cover most of the cost of starting a retirement plan, and the plan designs that let owners put away far more than a basic 401(k) allows.

Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence — What generative AI actually is, where it’s already saving time for businesses your size, how it’s reshaping jobs and the economy, and the basics of using it safely.

Pooled Employer Plans: A Simpler Way to Offer a 401(k) — How pooled plans shift the administrative and fiduciary work off your desk, what you still control, and how to tell whether one is a fit.

Each session stands on its own. Attend one, two, or all three.

This morning is built for the people who make these calls: business owners, HR and people leaders, and finance and operations leaders at small and mid-sized organizations. Whether you choose the retirement plan or administer it, the material is aimed at you.
