Waterville Ski Day: Winter Gauntlet

Start the ski season with a banger!

Join Peace Out Ski Club for a memorable day trip to Waterville Valley ski resort. By popular demand, we're experimenting with adding day trips to our lineup this season!

We'll be playing Winter Gauntlet, our original reality-tv inspired competitions on the mountain, designed to get us all better at skiiing/boarding and chill out with some new friends! The competitions are designed to be for a variety of ability levels across the entire mountain. Come ready to play! These games are designed to have fun above all else, and almost everyone comes solo to meet new people.

Your ticket includes our Gauntlet games, matching you onto a small team for the day, as well as a short ceremony with mini-prizes for the top winners at the end of the day. We'll be using a mobile website to guide our challenges during the day, but we definitely won't be on our phones all day - website use will be minimal, and our entire day will be spent skiing/riding. Often after our events, many people choose to informally grab dinner/drinks together.

Lift tickets are NOT included and will need to be purchased directly through the mountain.

While the Gauntlet games are super laid-back & designed for a variety of abilities, we ask that at a minimum, you be able to ride/get off a chairlift and confidently do a green trail. [Newer to skiing? Check out our weekend overnight trips instead!]

Optional group carpool from Boston [write in your driver/rider/location preferences at checkout and we'll do our best to match you up with a carpool! Most members live in greater Boston, but we'll try to connect you to any nearby participants if you're outside of the area as well ie NH]. Otherwise, we will see you at the mountain!

Age Range?

Our trips typically get a lot of people in their 30s/40s, but any adults are welcome! We have had people from their 20s to their 60s join us. We are unable to accommodate children under 18.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure a great experience for everyone, refunds are available if you cancel 7 days or more before the day trip. We are not able to accommodate refunds less than a week before the trip for any reason, but you are always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend.

We do not control the conditions on the mountain, nor the recommendations on the mountain's daily snow report. If a particular trail does not look safe to you, please do not risk your limbs.
