Chicago Dinner Series for Agency Owners

The B.Reel Dinner Series is a safe, intimate place for home care agency owners and operators to speak honestly, connect deeply, and walk away lighter, clearer, and supported.

Remember those moments sitting alone in your office, wondering "who's taking care of me?" while you're busy taking care of everyone else? this dinner is designed to answer that question. it's about creating space for YOU, the human behind the agency, to connect, recharge, and remember that you're not alone in this journey.

"how are you holding up?"

It's a simple question that most home care agency owners can't answer honestly. not to their caregivers. not to their clients. sometimes not even to themselves.

I remember sitting in my office after hours, wondering if i was the only one feeling the weight of it all. the staffing challenges, the client crises, the endless administrative demands. the truth?

You're not alone in this journey, but isolation makes it feel that way.

This isn't networking. This is connection. This is support.

Imagine sitting at a table surrounded by other home care leaders who:

• understand your 2am worries without explanation
• share their hard-won solutions openly, not competitively
• see you as a person first, business owner second
• create a circle of support that extends beyond a single evening

For one evening, we set aside the professional masks. we trade business cards for real conversations. we replace polite networking with genuine understanding.

Because the hardest parts of this industry shouldn't have to be faced alone.

Important note: only 2 guests per agency to allow space for a dynamic and diverse conversation

This event wouldn't be possible without our incredible partners, alora powered by livtech, senior care marketing max and phoebe! Their generous support and commitment to the community make a real impact, and we're proud to collaborate with such outstanding organizations.
