Maternal Wellness Support Group
About This Event
The postpartum season brings meaningful change—emotionally, physically, and personally. Whether you're adjusting to life with your first baby or welcoming another child, you don't have to go through it alone.
Join our Maternal Wellness Support Group, a welcoming space to connect with other parents who understand the realities of the postpartum experience. Together, we'll explore the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that come with welcoming a new baby, including changing family dynamics, career and life transitions, and returning to self-care.
This is a parent-led support group, designed to foster connection, encouragement, and shared experiences in a non-clinical setting. Whether you're looking to build community, share your experiences, or simply listen, you're welcome here.
Registration: Registration is encouraged so we can plan accordingly, but walk-ins are always welcome.
