The Port of Oakland in partnership with NAMC NorCal invite the local contracting community to learn about upcoming projects, connect with decision makers, and collaborate on future contracting opportunities. Upcoming opportunities include anticipated to advertise in November 2026 include:

• Demolition of the OAK Aircraft Maintenance Facility Building M-110 (OMC) to make way for planned terminal moderation. Estimated Construction Value $15 Million.
• Two (2) electrical projects, 7th St and Matson & Roundhouse circuits, upgrades as part of the Port’s zero-emission electrification and power-distribution upgrades
