Men's Group

A space for men to connect, be seen, and show up exactly as they are.

This men’s group is built around something simple: genuine connection and community.

We begin each gathering with individual check-ins, giving everyone an opportunity to share what’s happening in their life—as much or as little as they’d like. The intention isn’t to give advice, solve problems, or fix one another. It’s to have a space where you can speak honestly, be witnessed, and know you’re not navigating life alone.

Depending on the evening, we may also explore a group topic or incorporate practices such as breathwork, movement, Tai Chi, Qigong, Kriya, or other tools for getting out of our heads and reconnecting with ourselves.

One of the most common things men have shared after attending is how good it feels to realize that other men are experiencing many of the same things they are—or have already walked through them.

You don’t need any prior experience, and you don’t need to show up ready to share something profound. Come as you are.

What to expect:

• Breathwork, movement, and embodied practices
• A relaxed, judgment-free environment

The intention is simply to create a consistent space where men can build real community and feel seen, heard, and supported.
