See You In Court: Documentaries Under Fire – An industry legal panel moderated by Wade Gentz (Head of Litigation, Netflix) alongside attorneys Michael Donaldson (fair use expert), Russell Smith (principal on the firm defending the BBC from the $10 billion Trump lawsuit), and Diana Palacios, covering fair use, archival clearance, and legal challenges in filmmaking.
