🤍 Networking + community

A beautiful day to pour back into yourself and connect with the Long Island wellness community.

We’re bringing everyone together at the de Seversky Mansion for a day of movement, wellness, connection and discovery.

You can take Pilates + Sculpt, experience an exclusive Signature class with Johanna Ricouz, hear from our wellness panel, shop curated wellness brands, enjoy food + mocktails, participate in activations, meet new people, and take home a curated gift bag.

But it’s not really about checking things off a schedule. It’s about having a day where you can step away from your normal routine, do something for yourself, meet people, feel inspired and just have a really good time.

You can come with your friends, your mom, your sister or come by yourself. You’re going to walk into a room full of people who are there for the same reason: to move, connect and feel good.

That’s what the Expo is about.
