This is the second in a series of four classes is designed to help those with a little woodworking experience to fill in the blanks, by covering all steps in the process of building a set of kitchen cabinets. In this class, you will make a face frame for your cabinet and learn the process of creating a classic raised-panel cabinet door. Topics covered include stock preparation (to avoid warped doors & frames), joining and assembling face-frames, and in-depth coverage of the router table operations used in the process of making a raised-panel cabinet door. For the face frame, we will use pocket screw joinery while also discussing other methods that could be used.
This class is the second in a four-part series (each class is sold separately). Each new class builds on what was learned and made in the previous ones. Over the course of the series, you will be able to continue building your cabinet by adding a drawer, hardware components, etc. until by the end of the class series, you will have a completed cabinet!
