ELEVATE: A Monthly Women’s Ceremonial Circle + Breathwork in Orange County

Formerly Sister Circle, ELEVATE is a ceremonial space where women leave autopilot behind and co-create presence, connection, and momentum.

It’s a place to step out of the pace of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and spend an evening in intentional community with other women.

Each ELEVATE gathering is different.

The energy in the room changes. The women change. The season changes. And the conversation meets what is present.

Through breathwork, guided meditation, Reiki, ritual, reflection, nervous system support, and intentional community, ELEVATE creates space for emotional safety, embodiment, connection, and meaningful transformation.

Some evenings feel like a release.

Others feel like an awakening.

All of them invite you closer to yourself.

You do not need to arrive with an intention, a goal, or something you need to fix.

Come as you are.

This is space to slow down, listen inward, connect with other women, and notice what becomes possible when you step out of autopilot long enough to actually hear yourself.

No previous breathwork, meditation, or ceremony experience is needed.

ELEVATE is led by Jennifer Henkle, Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master at Highest Source Healing, serving women throughout Orange County and Southern California.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each monthly ELEVATE ceremony is intuitively guided and shaped by the season, the women in the room, and the theme we are exploring together.

Your experience may include:

• Guided meditation

• Breathwork

• Reiki and nervous system support

• Ritual and ceremony

• Journaling and reflection

• Partner or group practices

• Meaningful conversation and connection

• Music, movement, and embodiment

You will never be expected to perform, have the “right” answer, or share more than feels comfortable.

The intention is to create a space where you can be fully present, experience yourself differently, and leave with something real to carry back into your life.

Women may arrive as strangers.

They often leave feeling deeply connected.

WHERE WE’LL GATHER

ELEVATE takes place in a private studio in Orange, California.

The full address and arrival details will be provided to registered guests before the event.

WHAT TO BRING

• Wear something comfortable that you can easily breathe and move in.

• Bring a journal and water bottle.

• Try not to eat a heavy meal immediately before we begin.

• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together.

Everything else you need will be provided.

You don’t need to know what you need before you come.

Just make space for yourself.

Show up as you are, and see what becomes clear when you slow down.
