EXHALE: Women’s Breathwork + Nervous System Regulation in Orange County

EXHALE is a women’s breathwork experience created for the things you can’t always think your way through.

This is a space to step out of the noise of your mind, reconnect with your body, and let your breath move what you may have been carrying beneath the surface.

Through guided breathwork, Reiki healing, nervous system regulation, and reflection, EXHALE creates space to release stress, process stored emotion, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need to release before you arrive. You don’t need to have the right intention or know what you want from the experience.

You simply get to show up, breathe, and let your body meet you where you are.

No previous breathwork experience is needed.

EXHALE is led by Jennifer Henkle, Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master at Highest Source Healing, serving women throughout Orange County and Southern California.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll begin by settling into the space and bringing your attention out of the day and back into your body.

From there, Jennifer will guide you through a facilitated breathwork experience supported by Reiki healing, nervous system regulation, music, and intentional reflection.

Every experience is different. You may notice emotion moving, physical sensation, clarity around something you’ve been carrying, deep relaxation, or simply more space inside yourself.

Many women leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

This is a supportive, women-only experience, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body throughout the practice.

WHERE WE’LL GATHER

EXHALE takes place in a private studio in Orange, California.

The full address and arrival details will be provided to registered guests before the event.

WHAT TO BRING

• Wear something comfortable that you can easily breathe and move in.

• Bring a journal and water bottle.

• Try not to eat a heavy meal immediately before we begin.

• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together.

Everything else you need will be provided.

You don’t need to come in with an intention or know what you want from the experience.

Your only job is to show up, breathe, and let your body meet you where you are.
