Creative Paper Making with Acrylic & Gel Plate with Alleyn Yasskin
About This Event
Discover the magic of GELLI plate printing and transform your hand-pulled papers into richly layered mixed media artwork during this 2-day workshop! Participants will create a beautiful collection of hand-printed papers using a GELLI plate and then transform them into richly textured mixed media artworks.
In this playful and inspiring two-day workshop, you’ll explore texture, color, collage, acrylic layering, and expressive mark making. Create a beautiful collection of GELLI plate prints using stencils, found textures, and layered color, then learn how to compose and build dynamic surfaces full of depth and movement.
This workshop is perfect for artists who want to loosen up, experiment, and expand their mixed media skills in a supportive, creative environment.
