Join Us for the Provider Rountable: Reflect, Recharge & Rest!
Running a family child care program is rewarding, meaningful, and sometimes exhausting. Reflect, Recharge & Reset gives family child care providers an opportunity to pause at the end of the year, recognize how far they have come, celebrate their successes, and honestly reflect on the challenges they experienced. Through guided reflection, discussion, networking, and practical activities, participants will identify what they want to continue, change, stop, and start as they move into a new year.
The training will also focus on the importance of caring for the caregiver, creating healthy boundaries, reconnecting with the reasons they chose family child care, and setting realistic goals for the year ahead. Participants will leave with renewed perspective, practical ideas, and a simple plan for moving forward with intention.
