2026 National Council of Exchangors - Fall Conference

Join Us at NCE Fall 2026

The National Council of Exchangors Fall Conference brings together a rare mix of professionals who do more than discuss real estate — they structure solutions.

Over four days in Las Vegas, exchangors, investors, brokers, intermediaries, and capital partners gather in a working conference environment built around live opportunity, collaborative problem-solving, and relationship-driven dealmaking. Conversations move fluidly from moderated package sessions and equity marketing presentations into hallways, dinners, and side conversations where many of the most meaningful opportunities begin.

This conference has long been known as a place where people bring real situations to the room — challenging dispositions, capital needs, exchange structures, financing puzzles, development opportunities — and leave with new ideas, new relationships, and often, next steps already in motion.

Expect a mix of live “Haves & Wants” presentations, moderated package discussions, creative transaction education, equity marketing strategies, and open collaboration with some of the most experienced minds in exchange and structured real estate.

Just as valuable is what happens between sessions. NCE has always been as much about access to people as access to ideas — the trusted conversations, introductions, and relationships that continue well beyond the conference itself.

Who Should Be in the Room

This conference is designed for licensed real estate professionals and allied dealmakers working in creative transactions, exchange strategies, and structured real estate, including:

• Licensed exchangors and exchange counselors
• Commercial and investment brokers
• Real estate professionals involved in 1031 and complex transaction structuring
• Developers, syndicators, and operator-partners
• Capital advisors, intermediaries, and private lending relationships
• Experienced practitioners seeking collaborative deal opportunities and professional exchange

Because NCE is built around peer-to-peer problem-solving among licensed professionals, the value of the room comes not only from the strategies discussed but also from the caliber of people contributing to them.

Whether you are actively packaging transactions, expanding capital relationships, or deepening your expertise in creative deal structures, the conference offers both practical value and uncommon access to experienced professionals working at a high level.NCE Fall 2026 is built for people who believe better deals often come from better conversations.

The room is designed for practitioners — people who bring opportunities, solve problems, and create transactions together.
