2026 Senior Yard Clean Up!

Join us on Sunday, October 25th for the annual senior yard clean up! Each year we meet to help clean, sweep, and winterize yards to help elderly members of the community. This important volunteer effort helps reduce the risk of falls by cleaning leaves, reduces physical labor, and helps empower vulnerable members of Parma who deserve to keep living in their homes with a little help from us! Donuts and hot chocolate (or cold drink depending on weather) will be provided.

Meet on the 25th at 9:30 a.m. at Old Brook High School Parma Campus (8555 Day Drive, Parma, OH 44129) to make this important impact on your community today! It is one of the most important things we do each year — and we’d love to have you be a part of that effort.

We will provide leaf and trash bags. Please bring rakes and gloves. Additional helpful items to bring include tarps, large shovels, brooms, leaf blowers, and other gardening tools!

If you know a senior or person in need who could use our help to clean their yard, please nominate them using this form.

Additionally, if you cannot attend but have yard tools we can borrow (leaf blowers are especially helpful), please let us know using the same form.

In the event of inclement weather, we will move the event to November 8.
