Full Moon Flow

The full moon invites us to pause, notice what’s coming into focus & make space for what we’re ready to release.

At Yellow Brick, we work with the moon as a rhythm for reflection, a recurring invitation to step out of our routines & listen inward. You don’t need to know astrology or hold any particular spiritual belief. Come curious, exactly as you are.

We’ll gather in circle, pull cards & explore the full moon’s astrological transits as themes for conversation & self-inquiry. What feels alive right now? What needs your attention? What are you ready to meet differently?

From there, we’ll move into embodied movement, giving ourselves room to breathe, feel & explore what comes up. This is an invitation to connect with your body, with options to move gently, modify or rest.

We’ll close with a sound bath, a space to lie back & listen as layers of sound fill the room. Sound offers a place for your attention to land & an opportunity to rest without having to do anything. You might feel settled, emotional, reflective or simply rested. There’s no particular experience you need to have.

Gathering in community gives these practices another layer of meaning. Ritual creates intentional time for reflection, while sharing space can remind us that we don’t have to navigate every season alone. You’re welcome to share, listen quietly & participate in ways that feel right for you.

Bring your journal & a pen, a yoga mat, water & anything that helps you feel comfortable during rest, like a blanket or pillow. Wear clothes you can move & relax in.

No yoga, astrology or sound bath experience needed. Just bring yourself & a little curiosity.
