This year, our Dandies are stepping into the history, style, music and spirit of Belmont-DeVilliers for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
Our Cabaret-style Gala will pay tribute to the historic neighborhood and the vibrant African American entertainers, musicians and venues that made Belmont-DeVilliers a cultural destination during the Jim Crow era.
Live music will bring back the sounds associated with legendary venues including the Bunny Club, Abe’s 506 Club, the Ambassador Club and the Savoy.
The Dandy returns.
A curated presentation of fashion and style, featuring distinguished men from our community modeling looks that celebrate the art of dressing well.
Poetry, skits, music and dance will weave throughout the evening, creating an intimate cabaret experience that brings history to life through performance.
This is more than a night out. It is an evening rooted in history, culture, creativity and community—and a celebration of the people and stories that helped shape Pensacola.
