Trap Cardio with Nye

Trap Cardio with Nyeesha Nykole 🔥

Bringing Wellness to Every Hood

COUSIN, WE’RE BACK! 💙🩷🔥

Welcome to Trap Cardio, where fitness meets music, confidence, community, and a whole lot of personality! This isn’t a class where you have to worry about getting every step perfect. You just have to SHOW UP and KEEP MOVING.

Led by certified Trap Cardio instructor Nyeesha Nykole, this high-energy cardio experience combines fun choreography, full-body movement, and music that makes you forget you came to work out. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness lover or getting back into movement, there’s space for YOU here.

Around here, we call each other COUSINS because this is more than a workout—it’s a community. Come ready to:

🔥 Move your body💪🏾 Build confidence🩷 Love yourself LOUD🎶 Sweat to music that makes you MOVE👑 Take up space without apology😂 Laugh, have fun, and meet your new COUSINS

And remember our #1 rule about choreography:If the beat takes you somewhere we’re not… GO THERE! 😂

There’s no judgment and no pressure to be perfect. Modify when you need to, catch the beat when you can, and bring YOUR personality to the movement.

THE COUSIN ENERGY 💙🩷

I show up.
I move.
I sweat.
I LOVE ME LOUD.

Because we don’t wait for the beat to drop…

WE DROP THE BEAT! 🔥
