Designed specifically for young children, these beginner classes use movement, martial arts skills, and age-appropriate challenges to help students build focus, coordination, confidence, and comfort following directions.

Your Free Trial Week Includes

• Two preschool karate classes during your selected week
• Instruction designed specifically for children ages 4–5
• Movement, balance, and coordination activities
• Beginner kicking, blocking, and martial arts fundamentals
• Practice with listening, focus, confidence, and self-control
• No experience or uniform required
• Parents are welcome to stay and watch

What to Wear
