Well | Written, Traveling Through the Seasons, A Mindful Writing Gathering

Some seasons ask us to begin. Others ask us to let go. Some invite expansion, while others call us inward.

I wanted to find out what happened when I brought together several things I love: writing, the energy of a dinner party, travel, and the way each season asks something different of us. The result is this series.

Traveling Through the Seasons are six, monthly gatherings at WAKE Wellness Collective in Philadelphia, following the year from summer's fullness into winter's quiet. Each session centers on a seasonal theme, explored through guided writing prompts, curated music, and the kind of unhurried conversation that only happens when people feel genuinely at ease.

Think dinner party rather than workshop.

Come to slow down, pay attention, and let the season you're in find its way onto the page. No writing experience necessary, only curiosity and a willingness to show up.
