A casual meetup for people getting into real estate investing.

If you're new to real estate investing, still figuring out what strategy you want to pursue, or just want to meet other people who are in the same boat, come join us.

Basecamp Investor Meetup is a low-pressure place to meet, network, ask questions, and learn.

We're not here to promise you a deal, a business partner, or a secret formula for success. We're simply building a community where new investors can start making connections and learning the building blocks of real estate investing.

What to expect

🤝 Meet other investors
Get out of the house and meet people who are also interested in real estate. Whether you're just getting started or you've already done a few deals, come introduce yourself and see who's in the room.

💬 Bring your questions
There's no need to be an expert or pretend you know everything. Bring the questions you're trying to figure out, and let's talk through them together.

🧱 Learn one topic
Each meetup will focus on one specific topic we find to be helpful building blocks in the early stages of your business. Nothing overly complicated or hours of PowerPoint—just a practical building block you can take with you. No sales pitch, nothing to buy. Just a room full of people looking for ways to help each other grow and move to the next step.

☕ Keep it casual
This is a meetup, not a seminar. Have some conversations, exchange information, and hopefully leave knowing a few more people than you did when you arrived.

Who is it for?

Basecamp REI is primarily for aspiring and newer real estate investors who are trying to figure out where to start.

Seasoned investors are welcome, too—but this isn't designed to be an advanced mastermind or a room full of people looking for their next business partner. If you're an experienced investor looking to meet newer investors, share some knowledge, or find a bird dog, you may find it worthwhile.

You don't need a deal. You don't need experience. You don't need to have it all figured out.

Just come curious, bring your questions, and meet some people.

Basecamp REI events are held inside the Expansive building at 2828 N. Central Ave.

RSVP Required

Space is limited, so advance RSVP is required to attend.

The building is locked to the public outside of normal business access, so you will not be able to enter without being on the attendee list. Please make sure you register in advance and arrive on time.

If you RSVP but can no longer attend, please let us know so we can make the spot available to someone else.

No RSVP = No entry.

There is a paid parking garage with the entrance located on the west side of the building, accessible from 1st Ave. You may also park in the adjoining lot or look for available free street parking in the area.

Parking fees are the responsibility of each attendee. Please lock your vehicle and take normal precautions; Basecamp REI is not responsible for parking fees, theft, damage, or loss.
