EMBODIED LEADERSHIP LAB
A 4-hour experiential workshop for creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, and people ready to step more fully into what they’re here to build, create, and lead.
You probably already know a lot about yourself.
You know your patterns.
You know what you’re good at.
You may even know exactly what you want to create, change, launch, ask for, or step into next.
And still...
You hesitate.
You overthink the next move.
You wait until you feel more ready.
You keep refining something that could already be in the world.
You know you need to have the conversation—but haven’t had it.
You want to put yourself out there—but something happens when it’s actually time to be seen.
You have the idea. The desire. Maybe even the plan.
So what happens between knowing what you want and actually choosing it?
That’s what we’re going to explore.
This Isn't Another Workshop About Finding What's "Wrong" With You
Embodied Leadership Lab is a small, in-person experiential workshop exploring what happens inside of us while we're trying to create, lead, build, and move toward something that matters.
Because leadership isn't only about how you lead other people.
It’s how you lead yourself when:
the outcome isn't guaranteed.
someone might tell you no.
your idea might not work.
you have to ask for what you want.
you’re being seen in a bigger way.
you have to make a decision without having all the answers.
you’re becoming someone you haven't been before.
Those are the moments when all the things we intellectually know about ourselves meet real life.
And that is where embodied leadership begins.
Maybe You're...
Sitting on an idea you haven't fully moved on.
Building a business but finding yourself hesitating around the next level of visibility, leadership, pricing, growth, or expansion.
Creating something you deeply care about—but continually questioning whether it's ready.
Feeling pulled toward leadership but still waiting for someone else to give you permission.
Thinking about changing careers, launching something, speaking, writing, teaching, creating, leading a team, starting a movement, making an ask, or putting your work into the world.
Successful in one area of your life but aware that the next chapter is asking something different from you.
Or maybe you can't completely articulate what the next thing is yet.
You just know:
Something wants to move.
And you'd like to understand what happens inside you when you start moving toward it.
What We'll Explore
Over four hours, we'll move through a series of individual, partner, group, and embodiment exercises designed to take you beyond simply thinking about what you want.
What do I actually want?
We'll explore the difference between what you genuinely desire and what you've learned you're supposed to want.
What do you want to create?
What don't you want anymore?
What are you curious about?
What keeps pulling at you?
What are you ready to change?
What am I actually choosing to create, build, change, or lead?
You'll choose one real area of your life, leadership, work, or creation to use throughout the Lab.
Not your entire five-year plan.
One thing that matters now.
What happens between knowing and doing?
Instead of simply labeling yourself as procrastinating, perfectionistic, afraid, overwhelmed, or "not ready," we'll slow the sequence down.
What happens when you get close to the thing?
What do you notice?
What story appears?
What do you do next?
And at what exact point do you stop yourself?
What happens in your body when the thing becomes real?
We'll work with the responses that show up around uncertainty, visibility, rejection, receiving, leadership, change, success, asking, being seen, and choosing something new.
Not to make those responses disappear.
But to experience something different:
A sensation can be present without automatically becoming your instruction.
Who do I choose to be when the response is still here?
Leadership doesn't require the absence of fear.
It doesn't require perfect confidence.
And it doesn't require knowing exactly what will happen next.
We'll explore what becomes possible when you can stay present with yourself long enough to make a conscious choice instead of automatically following an old response.
Now what are you going to do with it?
We won't end the day with another notebook full of insights.
You'll create a real-world experiment to complete within the next 24–72 hours.
Send the email.
Make the ask.
Publish the thing.
Pitch the idea.
Start the conversation.
Share the offer.
Apply.
Say yes.
Say no.
Take the next step.
Then observe what happens.
Because creation isn't about knowing everything before you begin.
It's about being willing to build, test, learn, and choose again.
You'll Leave With
A clearer understanding of what you actually want to move toward right now.
Awareness of the specific pattern that appears when you get close to taking action.
Greater recognition of how your body, thoughts, impulses, and behavior interact at your personal "edge."
An embodied experience of choosing without needing uncertainty or discomfort to disappear first.
A concrete 24–72 hour experiment designed to move what you want out of your head and into the world.
And perhaps most importantly:
a different relationship with the part of you that shows up when something actually matters.
Who This Is For
This Lab was created for:
Entrepreneurs building or growing something of their own.
Creators bringing ideas, art, writing, content, experiences, movements, or new ways of thinking into the world.
Leaders navigating visibility, decision-making, responsibility, uncertainty, and change.
Emerging leaders who feel called toward something bigger but haven't completely stepped into that identity yet.
People in transition who know the version of life or work they've been living no longer fits and are beginning to ask what's next.
You do not need to own a business or manage a team.
You do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself, participate experientially, and bring something real that you're willing to explore.
Why Embodied Leadership?
We spend a lot of time learning what we're supposed to do.
Business strategy.
Leadership principles.
Personal development.
Communication skills.
Mindset.
Goal setting.
And those things matter.
But eventually we reach a moment when knowledge alone isn't enough.
You have to make the call.
Walk into the room.
Publish the work.
Tell the truth.
Ask for the money.
Lead the team.
Risk being misunderstood.
Try something that may not work.
That moment is embodied.
And the way you meet yourself there changes what happens next.
Your Facilitator — Jenna Lee
I'm an Embodiment Innovator, speaker, creator, author, podcast host, and former product-development and business leader.
Before my work centered around embodiment, I spent more than a decade working across product development, merchandising, vendor strategy, operations, and business leadership—including roles within Fortune 1000 organizations and multiple director-level positions.
I've led product development initiatives from concept through launch, worked across technology, operations, marketing, analytics and customer experience, managed large product portfolios and vendor ecosystems, negotiated multimillion-dollar business opportunities, built systems and processes, led teams, tested products, analyzed what worked, identified what didn't, and iterated.
My career taught me something I still believe deeply:
Ideas don't become real because they're perfect. They become real because we're willing to build, test, learn, adjust, and keep moving.
Years later, my work moved deeply into embodiment, healing, spirituality, sexuality, relationships, nervous-system awareness, and the patterns that shape how human beings actually behave.
And eventually I realized these weren't two separate bodies of work.
Because there is another variable in every business, movement, creation, team, idea, and vision:
The human being trying to bring it into the world.
That's the intersection I'm fascinated by now.

And I'm Living This Work Too
In 2026, I made the decision to dismantle and rebuild much of my own business.
I changed direction.
Rebuilt my brand.
Changed the work I wanted to put into the world.
Stepped more fully into speaking.
Created and facilitated my first transformational retreat and made the decision to continue building in-person experiences.
Continued growing and hosting Erotic Spirit Podcast, creating public conversations around sexuality, sexual healing, embodiment, relationships, shame, and what it means to actually inhabit ourselves.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I decided to write a book.
My first book, releases in November 2026.
None of those things arrived because I had absolute certainty about what would happen.
They required creating.
Testing.
Changing direction.
Being seen.
Letting things fail.
Listening.
Choosing.
And choosing again.
Embodied Leadership Lab brings those two parts of my life together: what I learned from years of bringing ideas into reality in business—and what I've learned about the human being inside the process.
Because I'm no longer only interested in:
What are you capable of building?
I'm interested in:
Who do you become while you're building it?
