You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful environment.

Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intuition, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.
