A Sound Bath Reflection offers a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply receive. You'll be guided through a gentle meditation while surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes.

There is nothing you need to accomplish. Nothing you need to figure out. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.

A few things to know

✨ No experience needed
✨ Mats are provided; they are thin & floors are wood. We recommend bringing an extra mat or blanket for added cushioning & comfort.

✨ Bring a blanket & any support you prefer for your head or knees

✨ Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before we begin promptly at 7:00 PM
