Candlelight Pilates, Sound Bath + Cello Experience

CANDLELIGHT PILATES, SOUND BATH + LIVE CELLO

Presented by aloe + alchemy

Step inside an evening made for release + relaxation at the Garden Pavilion in Saint John’s Resort.

From the moment you arrive, the Garden Pavilion glows with hundreds of flickering candles, bathing you in their warm golden light. Soft music and the scent of pure essential oils greet you as a gentle hush invites your body to let it all go.

BEFORE THE PRACTICE

Begin your evening with a relaxation hour—enjoy the soothing heat of the mobile sauna and experience hand-crafted essential oil blends designed to deepen your sense of calm.

THE EXPERIENCE

Once settled, under the graceful guidance of Kisha, Owner of Warehouse Pilates, you’ll move through an all-levels Pilates sequence—slow, intentional movements that strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect you to your core.

Each exercise becomes a moving meditation to awaken your body while soothing your mind.

As you flow, the rich resonance of the live cello weaves with the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, creating a lush soundscape that carries you deeper into presence. Every vibration hums through your body, melting tension and inviting full-body release.

This is a chance to reset your nervous system, ground your energy, and float into the week ahead with a profound sense of peace.

So many left last time saying "This is how every pilates class should be."

🎟️Reserve your mat now and gift yourself an unforgettable evening of pure relaxation.

✨ Arrive early to enjoy the Relaxation Station—it’s part of the magic.
