Pappardelle Pasta with Salmon and a Fennel and Apple Salad

Join me for a fresh and flavor-packed culinary experience as we dive into the art of hand-cut pappardelle! In this class, you’ll learn how to roll and cut your own beautiful ribbons of pasta from scratch—simple, satisfying, and incredibly rewarding. We’ll pair our delicate pasta with tender salmon and a bright, creamy sauce infused with lemon, fresh dill, and briny capers.

It’s the perfect balance of rich and refreshing flavors that feels both comforting and elegant.

To round out the meal, you’ll enjoy a crisp fennel and apple salad that adds a light, crunchy contrast with just the right touch of sweetness.

This class is full of vibrant flavors, great techniques, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for beginners and seasoned cooks alike. Come hungry, bring a friend, and get ready to create (and enjoy!) something truly delicious.

BYOB is always welcome!
