Join us on Saturday, December 5th or Saturday, December 12th, from 5–8 PM for an enchanting evening inside the beautifully decorated Loop-Harrison Mansion, transformed for the holidays in traditional Victorian Christmas style.
Enjoy an elegant evening surrounded by the glow of Christmas lights, candlelight, greenery, and classic red, gold, and green holiday décor. Begin the evening with a welcoming glass of champagne before settling in for a beautifully prepared multi-course dinner.
Your evening will begin with a charcuterie selection of cheeses and crackers, followed by a comforting sweet potato soup with rolls. A seasonal mixed-green salad featuring cranberries, candied pecans, cranberry vinaigrette, and savory cranberry stuffing balls will follow. The main course features Cornish game hen with asparagus and redskin potatoes, followed by a decadent dessert of homemade cream puffs with hot fudge and Christmas cookies all curated by the fabulous Jeanne Harper.
Each course will be complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing, creating a festive culinary experience from beginning to end.
Throughout the evening, enjoy live musical entertainment by Price Smith as you dine among the historic surroundings of the Mansion.
Gather your friends and loved ones and make this holiday season memorable with an evening of history, elegance, fine food, wine, and Christmas cheer at the Sanilac County Museum.
