We are honored to work with Max Tucker who is leading our Student Jazz Jam at Artichoke Music! Max, along with the afternoon's "house" band, will warm up the stage with a short set and the jam will follow. Backline includes a keyboard and a drumset. This is a regularly occurring event happening once a month on the 1st Sundays from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
Max Tucker is a drummer, producer and educator living in Portland, Oregon. He relocated to Portland in 2018 moving from NYC where he studied jazz at the New School and studied with master drummer, Michael Carvin. He is currently teaching drums and playing actively in the fertile Portland music scene.
