Boards & Brews

Join us for Boards & Brews on Wednesday, November 4th, 5pm-7pm at 10 Barrel Brewing - 1411 NW Flanders St, Portland, OR 97209.

Whether you're an experienced professional ready to deepen your leadership experience or just beginning to explore nonprofit board service, this casual networking event is the perfect place to start.

At Boards & Brews, you’ll connect with six local youth-serving nonprofits, all eager to meet people like you who are passionate about making a difference. Join Schoolhouse Supplies, Reading Results, The Shadow Project, Ecology in the Classroom & Outdoors, OK You, and Portland Backpack and learn more about the unique missions, leadership opportunities, and ways to get involved.

In a laid-back brewery setting, you’ll:

• Sip local craft beer
• Meet nonprofit leaders and fellow changemakers
• Learn about what board and committee service looks like
• Explore opportunities that align with your values and interests

Whether you're curious about how to get started or actively looking for your next board seat, this is your chance to make meaningful connections in your community. We hope to see you there!
