Community Solar Workshop (English / Cantonese Translation)

Join Us for a Free Community Solar Workshop: Save Money on Your Utility Bill!

Solar energy is no longer just for homeowners with rooftops built for solar panels. Whether you rent an apartment, live in a condo, or own your home, you can tap into clean energy and lower your monthly electric bill through Community Solar.

Join us for an interactive, informative workshop where we’ll break down how community solar works, how it cuts down your energy costs, and how easy it is to enroll.

What We'll Cover:

• What is Community Solar? Learn how off-site solar farms deliver clean energy credits directly to your existing utility bill.
• The 82nd Avenue Solar Project: We're highlighting a dedicated community solar project specifically designated for Portland residents who are Pacific Power customers and meet income-eligibility guidelines (*households with an income that is 80% or less than the State Median Income).
• Options for Everyone: Not a Pacific Power customer or low-income eligible? Don't worry! We'll share other open projects and energy-saving programs so everyone leaves with actionable ways to lower their utility bills. No one leaves empty-handed.
