Strange, intimate, a little haunted, and sometimes darkly funny, Harvest of Woman returns to Portland in its fullest form yet.

Through movement, film, sound, text, and shifting physical figures, performer Olga Kravtsova moves through a dreamlike world of memory, labor, inheritance, womanhood, and transformation. Rather than telling one linear story, Harvest unfolds like a series of embodied fables: images appear, disappear, and leave traces behind.

For this November presentation, Harvest of Woman expands into a four-day guest artist series at Performance Works Northwest. Across the run, five invited artist projects bring their own distinct performance worlds into the space, creating a different encounter each day.

Come for Harvest. Come for a guest artist you already know. Or come without knowing exactly what you’re walking into.

The room is small, the audience is close, and every evening will be different.
