HealthX Portland Nursing Job Fair & Hiring Event for Employers

The Invite-Only Job Fair

HealthX is a streamlined, high-touch hiring environment connecting leading healthcare organizations with the region’s most sought-after talent.

This is not a standard career fair. It is a targeted sourcing event designed to bypass the inefficiencies of traditional healthcare recruiting. We focus exclusively on quality over quantity, ensuring you spend your time interviewing, not filtering.

We Recruit For You

The primary distinction of HealthX is our active sourcing model. We do not rely solely on open invitations; we build the candidate pool around the specific needs of the attending organizations.

How the "Custom Sourcing" Works:

1. Reserve Your Spot: Secure your organization's attendance.
2. Share Your Needs: Submit your open requisitions—whether for clinical staff, allied health, or administrative roles.
3. We Source: Upon your registration, our recruiting team launches a targeted campaign to identify and invite professionals who specifically match your credentialing and experience requirements.

Healthcare Professionals of All Specializations

We cater to the full spectrum of the healthcare industry. Whether you are looking to fill high-volume clinical roles or specialized leadership positions, we source the talent you need each event highlights a specific fous.

The Format

In a competitive healthcare market, top talent is rarely active on public job boards. We provide access to a pre-vetted pool of professionals in a format designed for speed and impact.

Invite-Only: Every attendee is reviewed to ensure they hold valid credentials and relevant experience.

Accelerated Interviews: Our "speed-dating" format allows you to conduct intro interviews with dozens of qualified candidates in a single session—volume that would typically require weeks of scheduling.

Active Talent: Engage with 100+ motivated professionals who are actively seeking new opportunities.

Candidates

To ensure you can maximize your time, we provide complete transparency regarding who is in the room. Participating employers receive:

• Full Candidate Roster: Names and background details provided in advance.
• Professional Profiles: Direct links to LinkedIn or professional bios.
• Credentials: Visibility into licensure and work history.
• Direct Contact Info: Verified email addresses to facilitate immediate follow-up.

Secure Your Spot

Please Note: To maintain a balanced candidate-to-employer ratio, participation is strictly limited.
