Beyond Yoga x Ivy Gales: Rise With Ivy: All-Levels Yoga

Rise, flow, and breathe. Join Ivy for an all-levels yoga class that links breath to movement, building strength and creating space to slow down. Expect grounding sequences, intentional breathwork, and a closing that leaves you feeling steady and refreshed. Beginners and seasoned yogis are welcome, and modifications will be offered throughout. Bring a mat, water, and an open mind.

This event is a 45-minute yoga class, followed by a shopping party. All attendees will receive 20% off of their full price purchase.
